Scheduled Queue

The Scheduled Queue manages all posts that have been drafted and assigned a future publication date.

How the Queue Works

Unlike cloud-based services, CreatorPublisher runs directly on your computer. This means:

  1. The app must be running for a scheduled post to be published.
  2. If the computer is asleep or the app is closed during a scheduled time, the post will be marked as Failed and moved to the Publish History with an error.

Managing Queued Posts

In this tab, you can view all upcoming posts in chronological order.

  • Edit Schedule: Click the calendar icon on any queued post to change its scheduled date or time.
  • Cancel Post: Click the Cancel button (X) to abort a scheduled post. The draft will be safely returned to the Post Manager so you can reschedule it or publish it manually later.

Jitter Protection

To prevent your account from being flagged for bot-like activity, CreatorPublisher automatically applies a +/- 5 minute jitter to scheduled posts.

Example: If you schedule a post for 12:00 PM, it may actually publish at 11:58 AM or 12:04 PM. This simulates natural human behavior and protects your Meta Developer App status.
